Service Provider Disclosure

Idaho Falls Well Pump is a service referral website that helps connect consumers with independent local service providers. Service availability varies by location.

What This Website Is

This website collects service requests from homeowners and property owners experiencing well pump or private well water problems, and helps connect those requests with independent local service professionals who handle well and pump systems.

What This Website Is Not

This website is not a licensed well contractor, well drilling company, plumbing company, or physical storefront. We do not perform well drilling, plumbing, pump installation, or contractor work ourselves, and we do not claim to be licensed or certified in any trade.

Independent Service Providers

Any service is performed by independent local service providers, not by this website. These providers are independent businesses, and their licensing, insurance, pricing, response times, and service availability are their own responsibility. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any service.

No False Claims

We do not claim specific years in business, employee names, project counts, response times, warranties, guarantees, awards, or pricing. Any service area listed is subject to provider availability and is not a guarantee of coverage.
